Saturday is Hockey Night in Canada. Well actually for the Canucks it was Hockey Late Afternoon in Canada. The Toronto Maple Leafs were in town and once again the West Coast teams get the shaft and have to play earlier because the center of the universe deems it so.

Fuck I Hate Toronto and this bullshit. Every fucking year this shit is pulled and the Canucks just bend over and take it up the ass. Does this shit happen when Montreal or Ottawa come to town? Well maybe Montreal but definitely not Ottawa.

These early games always benefit the Away team because the its the Home team who’s body clocks get all screwed up and their routines get thrown out the window. At least it was the pathetic Leafs who haven’t won a game all season so far.

Deep Breath!

The Canucks won 3-1 and got to .500 on the season. They played sloppy but got the job done because the Leafs absolutely suck balls. Kesler, Raymond and Grabner played good along with Ehrhoff and of course Luongo who saved his best for the third period when it looked like the Canucks would rather be in the dressing room.

Did I mention the Leafs suck?
