Welcome to Canuck Life! I’ve been a long time Canuck fan and for the last 4 years I have blogged about the Canucks on my Personal Blog.  I’ve always wanted to take it to a larger format and build a blog just strictly about the Canucks and for the fans.  Growing up in this city and experiencing the excitement of  ‘94 as well as the dark days of the Messier/Keenan era, it has made me a more passionate fan.  When you add into the mix the absolute retarded Media that reports on the team you can see how a fan can grow so frustrated with the perception of the Canucks.

I remember quite a few years ago a couple of friends and I were spit balling ideas about starting up a huge network of sites dedicated to Various sports.  This was well before the Blog craze started. We were gonna start out with a Fan’s perspective on the Canucks and we were gonna lash out against what we felt were the biased media namely the likes of Tony Gallagher, Dave Pratt and many others.  From there we would have expanded into other NHL Markets and have fans in those areas run their various sites all under the main site we were gonna call Sports Rock.com. Unfortunately it never went anywhere, even though I think it would have been so successful.  In the end I still wanted to do something so I finally found some time to actually start this site up!

I think it looks fantastic, I will still be tinkering with it to get it exactly where I want it to be, so expect changes big and small as the months continue and we head into the fall season.

As well this page you are reading will be where I add any and all Bio’s of the columnists that want to submit a report or a story about the Canucks. If you are a fan and wish to do so please register and post frequently and I will give serious consideration about adding you to the Canuck Life family.
